The Avalon Police Department will accept requests for public records/ reports Monday through Friday during the hours of 08:30 am – 3:30 pm at the police department. (Excluding legal holidays)

OPRA Request Form – Use this form if you were not involved in the incident, but would like a copy of the report.
***If you are emailing your request a photo ID must be included with the requesting email***
